With more than 20 years of audit experience and as a lawyer in the aviation industry, Henrik Baark is one of the most experienced Auditors and Validators in Europe. As an accredited EU/UK Aviation Security Validator he has been internationally active for over 10 years.

Andrea Sarto has a life-long experience in aviation. He worked at a major Italian airport for almost 30 years, covering several leading roles such as Operations Director, Security Head and Aviation Commercial Manager. As Head of Safety and Security, he brings a deep senior experience and practical expertise in the fields of airlines, ground handling- and stakeholder processes. Covering both, the role of Commercial and Operations Director, he provides the deep perspective of the relationship between airlines and the airport. Andrea Sarto is graduated in Tourism Economics at the Bologna University and studied in the UK and Germany. Andrea Sarto is an EU/UK-accredited IATA approved Aviation Security Validator.

With more than 25 years of experience in the air cargo industry with a major air carrier, 10 years as a Civil Aviation Security Lead, CAA Air Cargo Inspector and Industry Auditor, Elif Ongen joined our team as an EU and UK accredited Aviation Security Validator with an exceptional level of practical experience in the Cargo & Aviation sector.

Starting his career with studies in medical and pharma services with touching points in hygiene regulations, GDP, food- and perishable industry, Benjamin Krauß, switched his focus to the logistics- and air cargo industry in 2009. With more than 10 years of experience in supply chain management, cool-chain logistics and air cargo security, he worked for a worldwide freight forwarding brand and regulated agent, holding several leading positions such as the head of cargo security. Benjamin Krauß is an EU/UK-accredited IATA approved Aviation Security Validator.

With more than 40 years in logistics and cargo industry, Axel Günther occupied in several leading operation- and management positions with carriers, freight forwarders, producers and agents around the world. As a specialist for perishables, CEIV Pharma and temperature controlled transports he is a well-known senior consultant for logistic operation and organization since 2008.
